This rules-based self-assessment evaluates your answers, not your systems or website. Below two hours of work per month, we recommend a simple process first. The fixed pilot indication applies only to customer enquiries involving up to two systems, ordinary digital business data and human review. All other situations need a discussion first.

What is included, and when can we start?
We begin with an intake of up to 45 minutes and one clearly defined process. A standard integration uses existing, documented access to one agreed account and data flow. All systems and any licence or usage costs are specified in advance. €500 on agreement before work starts and €500 after explicit acceptance, payable within 14 days.
Target delivery: five working days once access, content and scope are complete, subject to technical review. This does not include a full CRM, telephony, extra mailboxes, migrations, unlimited changes or binding automated quotes. The pilot measures results over 14 calendar days, up to 40 unique enquiries, with no separate per-result fee.

The monthly base covers checks, operational support and up to 30 minutes of minor changes. No second maintenance subscription for the same work.
Only complete, checked and explicitly accepted cases count. Duplicates, spam, incomplete cases and corrections of our errors incur no additional case fee.
The standard proposal caps capacity at 40 unique incoming enquiries per month, including those not accepted. The 80-case example requires an agreed higher limit.
Another AI workflow or more integrations? Price on request. Your proposal specifies setup, monthly and external costs, usage limits, term and cancellation arrangements. No automatic continuation after the pilot.

Does my whole business need to change?
No. We start with one recurring task in your existing workflow. A new website is not required. We first check whether your mailbox, form or other software supports the agreed integration.
What is the difference between AI and automation?
Automation follows fixed steps, such as creating a task. AI can help interpret unstructured text and write a draft. We combine them where useful. Facts, exceptions and commitments remain open to review.
How will we know whether the pilot is worthwhile?
Before starting, we agree which task to improve and how to measure the current process. During the pilot, we compare processing time, completeness and corrections. Only then do we decide together whether to continue. The demo uses fictional data and does not represent customer results.
Who controls customer data and replies?
We agree in advance which data is needed, who has access, which providers are involved and how retention and deletion work. Your staff review the drafts. The assistant does not independently commit to binding prices, technical advice or schedules.

What does a website by MAAS·studios cost?

What happens after go-live?
Every site ships with 6 months of aftercare for bug fixes. Optionally there is Care & hosting at €49 per month: hosting in Frankfurt (EU), updates, backups, monitoring and 30 minutes of changes per month — cancellable monthly.
Does MAAS·studios work outside Rotterdam?
Yes. From Rotterdam I work for businesses across the Netherlands and Europe. Sites can be delivered in five languages (Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish) and remote collaboration works just as well.
How does the €199-a-month website subscription work?
You pay the first month in advance, with no separate deposit: I build and host your site and you pay €199 a month for 12 months (excl. VAT), €2,388 in total.
